Because of a glitch in their system, my February box didn’t ship out until the first week of March and the owner, Julie, is giving me a fourth month free! Great customer service!! Red Moon Herbs Three Sisters Vinegar (Culinary) ~ I love using vinegar and apple cider vinegar is my favorite. This vinegar, made in Asheville, NC, contains a proprietary blend of herbs ~ chickweed, motherwort and mugwort ~ to give it a herbal flavor. I do drink apple cider vinegar in water for my health ~ ice cold water, a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar ~ tart and refreshing ~ so I am going to use this as well in my drinks. Terra Firma Botanicals Arnica Infused Oil (Well Being) ~ I have used a gel that is made from Arnica to help sooth my aching back muscles ~ I work all day long in front of a computer and I do have both upper and lower back issues due to whiplash and flipping an overturned, water-logged catamaran upright in the ocean, which I was ill equipped to do 😦 So, I am happy to try this oil out, which uses only certified wildcrafted or organic ingredients. They only use them at the peak of their potency and process fresh or shade-dried ingredients. This does smell like arnica, which is grassy/dusty scent. Full Size 1 oz Value $9.00

NYR Organic/BeInspiredBy (Spotlight) ~ This is a set of foils from NYR, which contains a variety of skin types and needs. There are a couple of rose items in here, so I will skip those, but the others I am very interested in. This will be a long post on the individual sachets 😉 Stay with me, as there are still 2 more products in this box! I do wish that, instead of all of these one time use foils, that I had several of the same type, as I won’t get a feel of the product and how it works with just one small foil. Even a patch test is going to use up some of these foils quickly. These are all sample sizes ~ full size vs foil value breakdown is in my individual description of each, but the value of these items is about $15.71, as some of the items were not marked in size, so I had to do some guesswork on it.

hydra Lemongrass Aromatherapy Shower Burst (Aromatherapy) ~ hyrda, a San Francisco, CA based company, has several shower burst collections ~ a Signature, Wellness, Spa and Pure Essentials ~ This lemongrass is from their pure essentials as it is only 100% lemongrass essential oil as the scent. You just place this shower burst on a dish or in a sachet (which they sell) and “wet briefly to activate the aromatherapy experience.” You should keep it out of the direct stream of your shower, otherwise, it will melt too fast. Hill Country is in Spicewood (I LOVE the name of that town!), TX and they have a great variety of soap scents ~ blackberry & sage, cranberry & fig, chocolate espresso, honey, Moroccan mint, white tea & ginger, just to name a few ~ and I think I might have to purchase some of these scents ~ They do sell the minis, so that is a fantastic way for me to grab some of these scents that appeal to me! The Cucumber mint is a lightly scented cuc & mint soap, and it is just making me hungry for lazy, hot summer days with a tall, ice-cold glass of cucumber-mint water! So, what do I think of my first Herbal Bliss Co box? I really enjoyed all the products enclosed here, except for the Spotlight ~ only because foils really do not give me a feel for beauty items, unless I get several of the same type. They are good to toss in a carry on, but I usually do not use foils, unless the contents are really interesting to me. I love how Herbal Bliss breaks down each category, and I am eager to try out the vinegar, soap and shower burst. I cannot believe how I lucked out with getting a cucumber mint soap and a lemongrass shower burst, because I love those scents! I am also looking forward to using the Arnica oil as I do get achy muscles and sore back/neck.
I paid $22.00 for my box as I am on a 3 month-subscription and received a value of $43.46 (approximately). I am really looking forward to March’s box and that ships out in a few days as Herbal Bliss ships around the 15th of each month.
