Memebox Special #46 From Jeju Box Review

Jeju Island…   When I was writing up my review for my Superfood box, I noticed that they mentioned that some ingredients were from Jeju Island, so I decided to look up Jeju Island.

OMG.  Isn’t this just beautiful?  Don’t you want to go there….NOW?   And stay there for the winter?  Also, volcanic ash is probably what people associate with Jeju products, although they have so many other wonderful items, such as green tea and honey products.

Since Innisfree is made from Jeju ingredients, I wonder if Memebox would include them in this box?   Let’s find out!

Informational Card which should explain what I got and its value.

As these products are unknown to me and perhaps even to my readers, I am posting a description of the product under my thoughts for every product.  Normally, I just do a snippet or if it is a product that doesn’t really need a description, I won’t post it.  But for the purposes of my Memeboxes, I will make sure I find the appropriate description, usage and ingredient list if I can find it.   The descriptions will be from the webpage that is linked to the product name.  Not all of these products are sold in the Memebox Shop, so I had to look for them on various sites.   I really had a hard time finding these products, by the way, so don’t be thrown off by the Korean websites that are linked here!

Skindeco Volcanic Pore Clay Sparkling Heating Mask   I was hoping for a volcanic pore mask, but I didn’t realize that Memebox would include a heating one!    I cannot find anything online about this company or this product, which isn’t unusual for Memebox.  Sometimes they do give us very obscure brands that become cult favorites!  Once I am done with my Oatmeal heating mask ~ almost done ~ I will try this out.    Full Size 100 mL Value $33.00

Yes, you are supposed to mix the two ingredients together!  It is separated on purpose

Etude House Green Tea Blending Sleeping Cream Spoon   This is a one time use sleeping pack made from green tea extract, lavender, chamomile and mint. The cream and herb water are separate and you mix them together before applying.  I love the ingredients and this is a nice way to try a product without committing to a huge jar of something.   One Time Use Value $2.00

How to Use: Squeeze paper cover to slightly open up and remove enclosed spoon. Remove sealing cover slowly starting from the end of spoon handle. Break off the spoon from pack container and evenly blend together golden herb water-gel and cream with spoon’s smaller end. Pick up blended Sleeping Cream with hands and evenly apply a certain amount onto face. Wear overnight and rinse off with lukewarm water the next morning. Apply throughout final step of skincare. Apply remaining contents onto neck for effective neck care. Do not apply contents directly onto face with spoon handle.

I just want to go to this island now!!  Not only do they have these great products, but Jeju Island looks just like paradise to me.  There was no Innisfree included, BUT Memebox did curate an Innisfree box, so I am sure there will be some more great Jeju items in that box!  Memebox did deliver on their promise of “citrus, green tea, volcanic ash, and other famous Jeju Island” ingredients, so I am very pleased with this box.

I paid $23.00 + $6.99 in shipping, for a total of $29.99 ~ I am sure I had Memepoints and this box was much less ~ and received a MemeValue ** of $103.00   ** What is MemeValue?  It is my term to describe the value that Memebox puts on the products, which can be very over inflated.  You can usually find these products at a lesser cost, so I do suggest researching first if you wish to purchase them.

  1. Same here, the only product that’s worried me is the Skindeco Volcanic Pore Clay Sparkling Heating Mask. I don’t have any problem after using, but the hot feeling got from this mask on my skin scared me out. Is it okay to use?
Its like burning inside. Have you tried it? what do you think about this mask?
